Congratulations Hosta. At least you can relax now.  I assume Mum is ok.

    All well thanks @Pat E
I've been awake since 3am and not looking forward to a 12 hour delivery shift today.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️

Congratulations to all @Hostafan1 🥳 and on Mothering Sunday too 😊
Youll be tired I’m sure, but you’ll have a silly grin on your face all day 😜

That sounds really lovely @Pat E , sitting out on the verandah 😎

It really was Dove. We almost never do it, so a nice change.

Morning all/afties Pat. Glad you've a peaceful day.
Congratulations @Hostafan1 and to all concerned. Nice timing by mum eh?  :D
Hope mum and baby are fine. Nice for you to have some lovely news after the year or so you've had. Work will be a breeze now that you've had that news. Or as much of a breeze as it can be when dealing with the great unwashed... ;)
Hope wee Gabriel is improving all the time @Yviestevie. I think the one comfort to take is that youngsters seem to recover well, so if it is the virus, at least that's a positive to hang onto. Doesn't stop the worry though, does it?
    Glad you're back together @Busy-Lizzie. Enjoy  :)
Happy Mothers' Day to all the mums here. There's a couple of mums on the forum we have lost this year, so it's a difficult day for their families.
We've had a nice wee frost and the sun is out this time, so I hope it'll be a bit nicer than yesterday. Girls are both working, so their 'attention' will be in shifts.
Oldest had another tw*t last night behaving like a petulant four year old. She said another bloke nearby said  to him 'Just stop it mate. You're looking like an idiot now'   :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Morning 😀. Today will be a day of weeding and (solo, on the living room floor) Pilates.  Got to make sure I can still touch my toes at the end of all this.

Still managing to get out for a walk every day, but avoiding the obvious spots.  The surrey hills still has many deserted spaces if you know where to look 🤫

Hope Gabriel gets well soon Yvie  :)
Going for a walk to forage for wild garlic in a bit.  My friend makes the loveliest pesto with it!

Congratulations @Hostafan1t2044 and well done to your daughter.

Sunny here but still windy. Shall do some indoors things this morning. Bit of gardening this afternoon but there is not a lot to do.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
