We had a thunderstorm last night and again today. The thunder and lightning was shaking the house, but it’s worth it to get 11 mm rain. I could even see the sky today after weeks of dense smoke haze.Ā
Hopefully our nearby fires have slowed down a bit. It won’t put them out, it dampens some of the undergrowth. šŸ‘

    Good morning allĀ  :) ā˜•ļøĀ
rain sounds good @Pat E Ā hope you get more šŸ¤ž

@chicky thank you for those pics ... really cheering 😊

IĀ went to bed early andĀ had a reasonable night ... my chest didn’t squeak and I went straight to sleep. The forecast for Sunday is for sunshine and we’re thinking of heading to the coast for some sea air in the hope it’ll get rid of the last of the lurgy.Ā

Nothing like the sea air to blow the cobwebs away @Dovefromabove šŸ•øšŸ•øšŸ•ø

Visiting Dad today - got to get him to a hospital appointment, so I will have fun manoeuvring a wheelchair.

Gorgeous photo @chicky.Ā  Thank you.Ā  Ā Hope today goes well.

Slept late this morning with no bother from sinuses so that's good.Ā  Ā Hope your bugs clear off too @Dovefromabove and anyone else with a lurgy.

Lovely rain @Pat E .Ā  Ā Hope you get some more.

Sunny here but chilly so far.Ā  Sewing to finish for Possum and then a machine patch homework slog to be ready for next Thursday's class and then I'm free to garden.Ā  Hope the weather cooperates.

    Hello all.Ā Ā  :)

Lovely photos, @chicky - thank you!Ā  Hope you manage ok with your dad's wheelchair.Ā  Not so easy when you're not doing it all the time...

Good news about the rain, @Pat E .Ā  You're welcome to ours as well...

    Fingers crossed indeed, @Hostafan1 .Ā Ā

Very wet here, so of course we have a steady stream of builders tramping through the house.Ā  They are breaking through into the extension today, which the cat finds particularly exciting.Ā Ā  :)
