I love a night at the theatre @Busy-Lizzie - glad you enjoyed it šŸ˜€ (🤫.....he’s behind you 🤫). Ā Love a night at the cinema too .....Little Women didn’t disappoint šŸ‘šŸ»

Up early, ready for my gardening day. Ā Rain forecast to sweep in this afternoon, but should get some outside jobs done this morning. Ā Had a good day in my own garden yesterday, clearing back my spring patch. Ā Lots of pulmonaria and dicentra already putting in an appearance .....in fact the blue ensign has flower buds already. Ā Lovely working out there, with daphne, honeysuckle, witch hazel and sarcococca scents wafting around on the breeze šŸ˜€

Good morning.Ā  Ā Lucky you @Hostafan1.Ā  Hope it hasn't left you feeling hungover like it did me a couple of weeks ago.Ā  Two days after 1st knee jab and first night not woken by knee pains.

Grotty weather here too which means bored cats and dogs looking for fuss and entertainment.

I loathed Little Women!Ā  All that preaching about how girls should behave.Ā  Not going near the film.Ā  Glad you enjoyed it though @chicky.Ā  Ā Envy your day in the garden but far too wet here yesterday and for the forthcoming week it seems.

    Hi all

Have to admit that I have only just got up. Torrential rain and a howling gale, so I thought why bother, stay in bed and read.

I’ve been down to Wrose and bought more Jakemans cough sweets, loo rolls and easy meals for the next few days. Ā I’m exhausted šŸ™„Ā
Now the garden is full of small birds and the Vib. Bodnantense and Rosa glauca by the front window is  full of longtailed tits finding tasty morsels. Just a few minutes watching them has put a smile back on my face. 😊

Just spoken to Hubby and his nurse. They're deciding once he's had some lunch if he can come home to day

    Morning all.
We are thinking of going to see "Little Women" tomorrow. I didn't identify with Jo. I liked Meg. I wasn't at all a fiery rebel, I wanted a husband and family and when my husband wanted me to give up work to look after the children I did so gladly, although I enjoyed nursing.

OH has just come back from his appointment at an NHS therapy clinic who he hoped, and his GP said, were going to refer him to a consultant surgeon for his hip. He is furious. He has a card from them where the appointment is clearly written for 11am. They told him he has missed the appointment as it was for 10am. He showed them the card and they said they had made a mistake and he would have to make another appointment. They couldn't do it as it has to be done on the phone.
