    Has anyone been watching the programme on The Galapagos Islands? 60% of those who live there derive their income from tourism. I'm fairly sure not many tourists arrive by boat.

    There's just no helping some creatures. Spider in the bath. Toilet paper ladder escape route provided. Close enough to be noticed by the most myopic arachnid. He's gone to the other end of the bath😡 glass and paper job now.

    Did you put a sign on the toilet paper explaining its purpose?  If not the spider may think it's to be used for it's original purpose when required. :D

    I'd say newspaper would be more comfortable and an appropriate use in most cases.

    It is OK saying someone who has been to Tenerife has Covid-19. However it would help if they said what Hotel they had been in, and which flight they were on.  My mum returned from Tenerife 10 days ago, with my two sisters. One sister went back to Wetherby. Another went down to Portsmouth to see the new twins in a Hospital.  We all went out last Thursday to a restaurant, along with her two sisters, both  in their 80's.  Friday, Mum started with a dry cough and cold type symptoms.  I went shopping and stood in checkout queues, spoke to the ladies on checkout. They will have served hundreds in the days since.  If someone on Mums flight had it, and mum has it, we are all stuffed.

    I think the name of the hotel is in the bbc reports. Yes, Costa Adeje Palace Hotel. I'm assuming there's only one affected...

    I've just received an item I ordered from Amazon.  The item is in it's own thick cardboard box packaging.  It is also in another box of at least double the size, with that box stuffed with paper to stop the original box moving around!
