    What about your 'lovely woodman'?  Can he do an emergency delivery so at least you can keep the woodburner on 24/7?

    Evening all. Hope people are comfy and cosy despite any weather, heating or illness difficulties.

    Doing a crispy duck for tonight’s supper. I nipped to A**i to purchase the ‘forgotten’ cucumber - it was exceptionally quiet. No bread left mind.

    We had a small drizzle last night, but not enough to show up on the rain gauge. It’s already 24 outside at 8.30 am, so yet another 30 something day for us. The smoke in the valley hasn’t moved for several weeks. Not happy. Hello to those of you with too much rain. 😏
