Morning all. Its too dark to tell yet, but it’s apparently frosty and foggy out there.

Have a good day all and take care if you are in any bothersome weather.

  • Good morning all and hello to @Pat E ... hope all is as ok as it can be in Australia  😊 ☕️

Looks like we’re in for a dry day ... just as well as there’s rain forecast for the next ten days 🌧
I’m still a bit chesty so I won’t go to tennis today. Also I have some shopping to do and a birthday cake to make for tomorrow 😉

Hi Dove. Stinking hot day here and the smoke is back with a vengeance.😡
We’re off to Canberra tomorrow for another med appt and then family dinner for son’s birthday. Motel night and then home tomorrow. Prediction is for something in the 40s.

Glad you are feeling a bit better. 😃

    Hi all
    Thick fog and freezing cold.
I like a bit of heat, but 40's is too much @Pat E.

its soooooo lovely to have littlest Chicklet home 😍.  Had a girlie day yesterday (to keep her awake til 9pm)......lunch in town, lots of chatting, then home to decorate the Christmas tree.  Feeling properly festive now 🎄🎅🏻✨

Today will be a day of wrapping and making shopping lists (of the foodie variety).  Can see blue sky out the window, although there is still mist hanging around the valley too .....very atmospheric.

Good luck with Canberra @Pat E 🤞🏻.....the appointment, the journey and the heat.  Enjoy the birthday meal ....hoping there will be air con 🥵

When we got that hot last summer @Pat E we retretaed indoor with windows open but shutters down and on ventilate.   We didn't have all that smoke tho.  Hope you enjoy your birthday dinner together and that the rest of the trip goes well.

Great to have your chicklet home safely @chicky.   Enjoy.   We get Possum on Saturday.  She's coming by bus as it's cheaper than the train and involves no changes.  Turns out to be a good move given the rail strikes.

It's sunny here and quite warm at 12C but I'm on knee rest so can't take advantage.  It is, of course, set to rain for the following few days......  At this rate I'll be doing my nails because they're long and not because I've scragged them messing with plants and soil.
