    Hi Dove. Feeling a bit crook with the heat. I’m inside though with the air con on. Will catch up later. 😏

    Morning all.
    No headache, all that Christmas dinner must have absorbed the alcohol  :)
    Dishwasher is on the last load.
    Quiet day planned. Will decorate the tree, still not done.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Morning all.

    I hope the end is in sight for your extreme weather @Pat E.
    Enjoy your quiet day @BusyLizzie - you are indeed busy by name and nature most days!
    Hope all ailments are subsiding for those with infections or pains.

    It’s actually dry out so I might get some fresh air and Vitamin D and sweep up some leaves etc. Going to do a bit of HW pm and then I’ll be opening the Christmas TV guide and some choccies tonight and maybe some mulled wine.

    Going up to Kew Gardens for their light trail this evening .....outing with chicklets, sisters and nieces.  Hope the rain holds off for our time slot, but wellies will be worn ☔️

    @Pat E.......sounds horrendous 🥵🤬

    Happy Solstice, I think it’s just before midnight, can only get better now.🥰

    Finished my Christmas cake, chucked some old decorations on it, you wouldn’t believe  I used to make and ice fantastic cakes for lots of money!  Can’t be bothered now.
    And...it’s pouring with rain yet again, poor Cornwall could be flooded again.
