Our local MP is the Attorney General who  lied to his party, the prime minister, parliament and the whole country when he declared the proroguing of parliament was legit.
He also had his knuckled rapped a while back for " forgetting to declare £300,000 of income" well, I'm sure we've all forgotten such small sums of money.
He also managed to squeeze in £750,000 a year in legal work before becoming AG.
One wonders how much time he actually spent  on constiuency work to "earn" his £80,000 wages for being an MP.
I do so hope his supporters knock our door. I'll ask them to explain .

Talking of accidents, my son had a nasty one on the A30 at Bodmin yesterday, was taken to hospital, stitched up, x-rayed  sent home.
his first experience of an air bag, scary he said.
He’s  going back to work Monday can’t afford to stay off and loads of parcels to deliver, of course everyone wants them instantly

I hope he'll be OK @Lyn.  Definitely a shock to the system, no matter whose fault or how great or insignificant the damage to people and vehicles.  Give him a virtual hug from me.

Thank you folks, it’s shook him up but he said he remembered when he had an accident years ago when he was young and I made him go out driving straight away, and when he fell off a horse and broke his arm when he was four, plaster on and back on that horse.
Fortunately there was no one else involved, no one stopped as witness  but later in the day Fed ex received a call from a van driver who was behind David confirming how it happened.

Hope your son is doing ok Lyn. Any bump is horrible.
On that note, take care on the icy roads the next few days everyone - because the carefree, brainfree drivers/pedestrians/cyclists will be out there.
