Have to be very careful about non specific medical advice as people can misinterpret. Many moons ago my gran had an op to remove some haemerrhoids and was advised by the surgeon to have some All Bran every day to increase the fibre in her diet. As it was "medicine" she took it in a glass with water before having her normal breakfast.
Except for the ovens and my sewing machines I leave all technology to OH and Possum when she's here. Delegation.
It is still cold here and there was a proper frost till quite late. I shall stick a toe outside later and see if it's warm enough to plant my precious trees.

Medical misunderstandings ... some years back now I discovered that Ma had previously refused hip replacement surgery.
When I asked her why, she said that she trusted her GP and he’d said that he ‘couldn’t advise’ her ... he had meant that she had to listen to the consultant and make up her own mind, but she’d understood him to mean that he ‘wouldn’t’ advise her to have the procedure done ... and there was no convincing her otherwise 🙄.
