Good morning and G’day. @Pat E - I can’t believe your weather and circumstances. I really hope the air clears and cools soon.
I have a beautiful jigsaw of The Tyrol in Autumn on the go here, but I haven’t had time or enthusiasm to get into it.
Slow to get going today - I’m sure the frosty cold will wake me up once I venture out! Take care all.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

Morning all/afties Pat - that's not getting much better really, is it?  :/
I keep meaning to do some jigsaws - perhaps today. Certainly too cold for any outdoor jobs, apart from getting a walk.
Minus 5 just now, and we had a beautiful pink sky. Garden's very heavily frosted again and very pretty  :)
You'll need your coffee when you get back @Dovefromabove. My tea drinking was interrupted by the piercing peep of the smoke alarm battery going, so I had to get the ladder, and a new one, and sort that. Why do they make the instructions on them so impossible to read?

Morning 😀. Littlest chicklet says her Tuesday was very smoky ☹️

Off to meet an ex work friend for lunch today ......should be fun.  But first a gym class to get my legs, bum and tum in order .....at least thats what it says on the tin 😳

Enjoy your coffee once your blood tests are over @Dovefromabove .....the anticipation will make it taste even better 😋

Enjoy your day @chicky - that's the problem with going out for a meal - you have to pay the penance  ;)

Morning all, lovely frosty scene out there. Opened the curtains earlier to find a heron surveying the garden from the neighbour's roof. Bit of a change from the wren fossicking around the shrubs! Will post a photo later on the wildlife thread.

    morning all.
No frost here, but nice to see it dry again for the second day in a row.
Hugs to those who need them , for whatever reason.
Can I add my voice to those who loved the series Guilt. Watched all 4 episodes on iPlayer yesterday, great stuff.
    Devon.

    Love a heron @steephill - couldn't eat a whole one....
We see them regularly round here, although not in the garden. Lots of watery areas for them.
Glad you enjoyed it @Hostafan1. Great fun the way it all ended. Mark Bonnar was on the radio last week. I think he's one of our best. Have you seen Catastrophe?

@Fairygirl, not seen Catastrophe, is it worth watching.
Nurse maid duties seems to include a lot of telly watching

You can get it on the 'pooter -Channel 4 @Hostafan1. I had to do that with the last series because my tv decided it would record other things I didn't want instead of the ones I did.
    It's very naughty - you'll love it  :D
DId you watch Unforgotten? He was in the 2nd series and was brilliant in it too.
