    Have a good day Hosta.

Our clouds disappeared as if by magic. Clear sky here. Prediction is for snow at Thredbo tonight. Not looking forward to a freezing morning.

In bed now, so night all. 😴

It is very wet and grey and miserable here but should be sunny next week so I'll just get on with indoor stuff in the meantime.

I like food to be good - well brought up, seasonal, fresh and not the same every week.  As a child I knew what we were having depending on what day of the week it was so now I experiment and do British, French, Italian, Belgian, Spanish, Middle Easter, North African, Indian sub continent, Thai, Malay, Chinese.....   Don't want fancy foams or smoke either and certainly not at home but I do enjoy the cooking process and doing it myself means I can taylor any chili content as I like - warm, not volcanic.

Isn't it the wrong time of year for snow near you @Pat E

Smoked yes, but not smoke under a dome.  Smoked chicken and dish too.

@Dovefromabove Have you tried opening the forum on a different browser on your iPhone?.. ...if that's possible.  I had that problem on an old tablet I had.

Hello all.Tipping with rain yet again.
I'm a bit of a foodie too. I like well presented food when I'm out as I'm not good at that at home, but OH says I'm a good cook.

I've finished my photo album and ordered it. All my original setting out of photos and titles was lost but my photos were still there. Did it again this morning.
