I only eat breakfast when I'm staying in a hotel or B&B that provides it.

We've got a breakfast room :) It's a space about 6 feet square, between the kitchen and the living room, with a big window that gets the morning sun - it's a nice place to stand and stare at the garden while eating my cereal. I could probably just about get a chair in there in summer but in winter it's full of tender plants (the pelargoniums and aloe are already in there - we've had a couple of frosts in the last week).

I can't eat eggs, unfortunately so can't confirm whether it's a suitable place to eat them, scrambled or otherwise.

Hello :) Not been washed away or blown away (though that's fairly surprising). Had a visitor for the week so not had much time to come on here. Still waiting for the internet to be fixed...…..

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Brrrr!  It’s chilly out there ... I’ve just been out in my dressing gown while the kettle was boiling ... didn’t have my glasses so I couldn’t see the minimum temp but it’s currently 2.4C in the back garden .... however there’s frost on the car parked in the front garden. 🥶

Morning @Dovefromabove - I think @Pat Ewill be treadmilling, or en route back, so hope all is well with her  :)
2 degrees the other way here. I've been out to feed the birds - mealworms are soaking in their tin which daughter has kindly labelled in her usual fashion, in black marker pen ' MEEL WURMZ' -only with the R facing t'other way.
    I don't know... :|
Glad @raisingirl is fine, and not in need of rescuing. Perhaps the BT men will find another excuse for the rubbish line if/when they eventually turn up  :/

    Home at last!

Arrived on time at the Doctor’s, only to be told I was two hours early. 😳

When I got in for the revised appt, I was told I wasn’t booked in for the treadmill - just ultrasound and similar tests. Then I saw the Cardiologist, who was a very nice women, especially since she has taken my off the blood pressure medication and halved the other tablet. Hooray!  So, I can only assume that the person who rang me about the appt, also got the treadmill bit wrong. Not that I’m complaining, since I’ve been stressing about it for some weeks. Life’s very good tonight. 😃😃😃😃😃
