Looking very good and well worth all the effort.

Here is Bonzo showing off his new knee - cruciate ligament replaced plus a metal plate

and here trying to look a bit more elegant and handsome boy.

This is the gravel patch which extends form the terrace and upto the fig tree, centre back.   The two wooden things will be my new herb beds so I can pick and water them more easily.   That line of stones to the left marks the top of a 3' slope down to another level.

    That looks ridiculously good Hosta.
You’ll be next for before and after pics Obelixx. Hi Bonzo!

It's amazing how quickly plants thrive with the right care - and dogs' legs too   ;)
Plenty of scope for all sorts there @Obelixx.
I got a good bit done outdoors, and the sun even put in an appearance after the morning murk and drizzle. A guid breeze up the kilt, mind. Good for getting the washing [and some paint] dry though.
I've gathered some wildflower seeds on my travels round the doors, so I've sown some. Fingers crossed some of them take.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Collected friend from station ... nattered ... fed him with chicken and ratatouille and crispy crushed roasted baby spuds ... more nattering, plus hedgehog feeding and a little bit of washing up ... more nattering ... beer and joint efforts at newspaper crosswords ... now I can’t keep my eyes open so I’ve been sent to bed while the men continue to discuss world events and roll their eyes and expostulate.

    Night night all 🛌 sweet

Yippee yippee, we’ve got rain.  Don’t know how long it will last, but anything is welcome. 😁
