    Cloudy and cool here too.

I wish the deer here ate brambles. The bramble patches in the paddock are getting bigger and bigger.

I'll be ironing in front of the TV this afternoon, loads of pillowcases.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Little sis has just had her pre-op appointment cancelled, appears that the consultant registrar has now read her notes and test results properly and decided she doesn't need her heart jump started after all. Her mini-blackouts started after she was put on three different heart meds so I strongly suspect one of those may be to blame. Hopefully the GP can sort it out next week. Fingers crossed.

Oh @Lizzie27 ... that’s good news ... although your sister probably doesn’t know whether she’s on her head or her heels. Positive wishes to her ... hope they’ll get her properly sorted now.

Wonder how @punkdoc got on at his hospital appointment today. Can’t have been a barrel of laughs ((hugs))

Thanks Dove, it's  been a big worry. Out of the four of us, three have now got heart problems, fortunately so far I seem to be okay.

A slightly double edged sword @Lizzie27, but hopefully her GP can sort it out. Unpleasant experience for her though.
It's always worrying when people have various meds which might 'interfere' with each other, but it doesn't get checked. My mum had a similar experience.
Hopefully your healthy heart continues to be exactly that too  :)
Been nice here, sunny but a good breeze so not too hot for me. More digging out and rearranging of a corner of the border by the shed. Making space for all those bulbs I ordered. Where's that embarrassed face smiley when I need it..... ;)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    đŸ€ž @Lizzie27

Although I have high blood pressure so far so good with my heart. As from next week I’m taking part in a research project about atrial fibrillation  I will have a monitor taking readings four times a day ...

the last time I had an ECG, the paramedic watched it coming out of his printer and said. " well.... you heart's in better shape than mine"
Nice to know at least one bit of me is in good order.
