@Voyagerxp …  rather than put it up here... if you take a quick peek at my Notes thread, I've put a photo from last year of it...  it was a struggle to train it...
I had a look in the thread  but couldn't find it.

It has rained regularly @Lizzie27 and even though it's against a wall it's out in the open.  It managed through all that hot weather last year with no problem,  it just didn't put on so much growth.

    Yellow theme from me today...

New floribunda Julia Child has got off to a really good start.

Golden Celebration really wants to climb, I have already lopped off many octopus-like canes. I am going to have to devise some better method of support in open ground than a few plant hoops.

A troubled Charles Darwin. Was in the ground in a too-hot position last year, is now in a large pot in a cooler location but the blooms are a very pale colour and not opening properly - the above is as good as its got so far...

'Julia Child' looking good... I do love its foliage... my plant lost all its blooms on the first flush due to a big wind storm I got here few weeks ago.. it was decapitated... so nice to see yours..

@Nollie If the canes aren't too thick, maybe you could try pegging?

Fritillary... your roses are outstanding... I'd like one half as good as your 'William Lobb'...
