A photo of my "Hot Chocolate", the first bloom. I know it's a bit of a "marmite" colour, but it matches the one on the lable !

Is anyone growing Wollerton Old Hall? I'd like to see what the blooms look like on a real plant rather than a nursery photo.

Just on observation from the half a dozen times I've visited DA... But they definitely have a significanly more desdemona than any other rose in the show gardens. I guess Olivia rose would be a very distant second.
They are both in my personal top 5 austins and I would imagine they both sell very well also!!

Elsham Hall and country park today. Lots of roses out and a wonderful deep pink Rugosa hedge that went all the way around the inner circle of the walled garden. Masses of single flowers and covered in bees.

    Same with the Salvia

    Name-not-known rose

I thought, may be there is something wrong with the petal edges, but I found that other flowers also had the same pattern.

Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

@Mr. Vine Eye do you know the name of your second one down. It looks quite like my mystery rose?
    In London. Keen but lazy.
