@purplerallim I get that. Marlorena explained you have to turn off predictive text in your keyboard settings. Then it solves the problem. E.g. in Samsung phones there is a little toggle button

Alternatively trying another browser can work!

Nice thought @WAMS but I need it as my spelling mistakes can be vast! 🤣

Ha! Not going to lie... it takes me ten years to post a single short post on Houzz without benefit of predictive text.😆

It looks like I won't be able to post on Houzz  , as I am logged in but it won't let me type from my phone. It keeps deleting what I write. Would you let those on there know for me @Eustace that I'm not ignoring everyone just stuck.
Done on Houzz. In my first attempt, I put the message in quotes and it disappeared. Sometimes Houzz behaves erratically.

And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

..thanks again, that must have taken a long time.  That was the first rose thread I started.. my camera was rubbish in those days, but I've saved it.  My aim was always to encourage members to try roses, even if they've never grown them before.

No worries, it's problematic at times.  My issue is mainly with the photos.  No idea how long any of us will be there to be honest.  If we're all still there in May I might have to start a part 2.

It's a bit vast to scroll through @Marlorena only to find I can't post.
I have found Gardeners Corner easy to use and very welcoming.

They are indeed.   It must have been quite a shock for them, all the extra work involved too.  I think it was rather a quietish place before.
