    Hi all.
Sending positive thoughts to @Pat E and hubby.
Thanks for your advice yesterday, Moira thinks it is a great idea and is happy for me to go ahead without her seeing the design. Who would have thought that after 25 years she still trusts me?

I'm glad she's "on board" I think that was wise.

Hugs for you and hubby, Pat, hope he tolerates the treatment well.

That's good about Moira and the necklace.

I've been to a patchwork sewing morning.

Now it's time to stop flitting about here and to go and do some real gardening outside, well, weeding.

    Afternoon all.
Just back from a study day - shattered now! Didn’t miss any gardening opportunities though, as rained all day here. Might have a night off doing job application prep as will send all that in tomorrow and then the interview prep starts!
Glad your plan has the green light Punk.
Hope you and hubby doing ok today Pat. Is he likely to have side effects? Chemo varies so much - I hope he sails through it all.
    Hooe everyone else ok.

I do so agree, I was so glad I never had chemo but they said the same to me at the Marsden, some sail through some get knocked for six, no telling till you start, but if you need it you need it.

What a wonderful thing to be able to say!

Evening all. I thought I'd posted here yesterday but I must have imagined it. No gardening for me today - steady rain most of the day. But I did pop out to have a look at the two newts in the pond - we are all inordinately excited about them.

Hope OH is okay with the chemo, Pat. And that you're not too exhausted. Sleep well.

Chicky, did your muck turn up? Hope the weather's congenial for muck spreading this weekend. It's to be chilly, I think - perfect for heavy work :).

Glad Moira likes your idea, punkdoc - sounds wonderful, but I think you did the right thing by discussing it with her.

I should have taken notes - mind's gone blank now. Oh yes - good luck with the job stuff, AuntyR. Do you know when the interview is yet?

No more news yet from Bow's auditions, but she's had a couple of sixth form offers, which is a relief - we were starting to wonder if the applications had gone astray.

    How was the trip, Liri?
