Raining here. OH has gone to Scarbororough to do a job. I'm glad I decided to stay here. I was fancying a day at the seaside, but I guess it can wait a bit.The other day I found two large buckets full of seaweed from our last jaunt. I washed and dried a load, and add it to the compost heap  a bit at a time, so I will have enough for this month.

    Morning all,
Nanny, I assured Dove that at nearly 43 years old she didn't need to send me a remind text about the clicks! Lucky technology updates it for you! 😉
Morning Hosta, have a nice day in the tunnel, we have showers due all day and I'm gardening at two different places!
Have a good day all 😊

Morning all. Afternoon, Pat. Chilly and grey here. Yesterday was gorgeous though and I nearly finished my veg patch path (just need some more gravel) - very pleased with myself, as it's been covered with membrane held down with random  bits of rotten old OSB for two years!

I look forward to seeing the results of your project, Wonky. Where are the pebbles going?

Glad to hear you had a good 'Mother's Weekend', Chicky ;). When's Possum next back, Obxx? We're in the busy music season again - three concerts and an audition last week, an audition last night, one grade exam and one GCSE music performance today, then three auditions over the next three days - phew! That's between them, of course. Then Easter holidays for Trill and GCSE revision for Bow.

This cold greyness is not exactly enticing me into the garden, but rain is due later so I must finish a few things off. Enjoy the poly tunnel, Hosta!

    Have a good day, all.

Good morning all.  Hi Pat.   Feeling a bit groggy today after a disturbed night.  Woken by thunder but at least we've had a bit of rain.   Sunny spells and breezy here but much busier higher up where clouds are scudding by as tho they're on a mission.

Painting, shelf building and fabric sorting for me today.  Need to get it done so no gardening except for checking on seeds progress.

Fidget, I have still to find seaweed on the local beaches.  Might have to look on the rockier ones.

OH has spruced up the edges around the border in the front garden (looks so much better) and dealt with a bit of weedy gravel by the bins.
I’ve planted some foxgloves and fed and watered some containers and emptied the last of a box of FB&B around the roses before the rain arrived in time to water it in.
The rain arrived two hours earlier than forecast ... not sure whether to blame OH for going out on his bike or accept some of the blame cos Id hung the washing out ... I’ve grabbed it all off the line and it’ll be going on the racks when I’ve had this ☕️
