Glad you’re able to do a bit @punkdoc ... kind of the neighbours to provide entertainment 😉. Hope it wasn’t a problem with/for the teenager  :/

Coke works as a cleaner in toilets because it is so acidic.

First time I went to Egypt I picked up a nasty gastro bug. Imodium held it at bay for the mini bus ride from Hurghada to Cairo ( Before Hurghada airport opened). Then I dosed it with double vodkas.
Not sure that it killed the bug, but it made me feel better.

    Morning all.

I've sometimes wondered if strong alcohol would kill bugs. I sometimes drink whisky when starting a cold, don't think it works, but why not? Maybe viruses are resistant.

Gardening day today, but first I must put the pelargoniums that are on window sills into the GH.

If you put a baby tooth in coke it’s gone by the morning( never tried, but so I’ve heard)

It doesn't need to kill the bugs if it anaesthetises you BL!   I like honey, lemon and ginger for a cold.

Pottering for me, indoors first then out.  Change of plans as Possum's friend is now arriving by train on Tuesday.  Had her wisdom teeth out a week ago and today they've swollen up again so much that she can't fly!  Slept in our new bedroom last night.  All 4 critters very confused so lots of fun but I need to move the dog-preventer from our walk-in wardrobe upstairs to the shower room door downstairs to keep cat food safe from dogs.

Hubby is getting reactions from the chemo today. Everything tastes terrible and he keeps nodding off on the lounge.  We are off to bed early.

     Night all.

Sorry he’s finding it a bit grim. Hope you both get a good nights sleep @Pat E 👍
