    Well that's funny! I didn't plant Marjorie there. Marjorie is growing on the shed nearby but a mole tunnelled under it so it's suffered a setback. I know I planted Broughton  Star in that bed but that was darker pink. I have more than one clematis growing up the tree.

    That is lovely, have you a name or it?

    Richard, that one is gorgeous. Maybe if it later shows an unfortunate trait you could call it ‘plum duff’.

    Thanks for your insight on my PBR question.

    That's a beautiful 'newbie' Richard - I love the white/cream edging.

    I don't own any unusual clematis but this one, 'the President' is my favorite.

    That's a beautiful blue, I'm wondering whether that is the same as my unknown one in the magnolia.

    @Richard Hodson
    Oh I love that new one Richard. Please let us know when we can buy it!!!

    Could anyone identify this clematis. It is lovely. It was here when I moved in. I trim & cut it in March and seems to do ok. Thanks

    First flowers on Niobe this year. The raindrops always add something  :)
