My one and only clematis flower at the moment but more are on the way  :)

    Hagley Hybrid.

  • Clematis 'Rehederiana'
It smells of primroses and the bees love it. A very fast growing plant which needs plenty of room, best growing into a tree. Mine climbs into a very old Buxus which has never been pruned, it's about 15' tall.

Here are a few grown from seed.
    A white integrifolia:
    Clematis Crispa:
    A different Crispa seedling:

The last two were sown less than 2 years ago, so I'm surprised they have flowered so young. :)

Hi @Big Blue Sky, I bought it this year, just a few weeks ago in fact, from an online company recommended by another person on this forum. It was quite small when it arrived, but the note with it said it was 2 years old. Since I planted it , it hasn't looked back. It's growing really well,(probably 4 foot tall already) and had over 30 flowers/buds on it when I looked the other day. My daughter is called Kate, and we've always called her princess, so when I saw it........ :)
  • Lovely seedlings there, Bob the Gardener, the integrifolia looks pure white ? A lovely form.  Many have a hint of blue.  The 2 crispa hybrids are stunning.

Yes, the integrifolia is a pure white form, @Richard Hodson and is my favourite of that type.
Thank you again for the 'Crispa 11' seeds, of which 7 have survived this far with 3 of those now in flower, together with one of the viticella seedlings.  I'll try and post photos of those later.
