I've not ventured that far @Dovefromabove. TBH yesterday's winds were nothing unusual " for these parts"
just March 'coming in like a lion' as it does. As long as the roof stays on it's not out of the ordinary. Another blow coming in for Wednesday, I see. So March winds - tick - just need some April showers in due course. We seem to have lacked those the last couple of years. Dry springs have become the norm, so I'm not sorry to see the rain the last few days.

It's been a wild and woolly night here but not as bad as further north where winds got up to 140+kph/90+mph. Seems to be worst along the Channel and the north French coast. I'd keep your manure int the garage till yo get back from you next trip to Norfolk BL or the goodness will just be washed away.
Baking biscuits this morning to take to patch group and mosaic later so the weather isn't interfering with my plans, unless I come across some downed trees. The rain is welcome.
Hope everyone and their garden has survived intact and that your back improves before that long flight Chicky. Fingers crossed for rain for you Pat.

The eucalyptus is gently waving in the wind. The Oak is shaken but not stirred. I haven't ventured out yet, but I see the pot with the outdoor xmas tree is on its side.
We got about 2 drops of rain and then it stopped. 🤬 I hope your eucalyptus doesn’t drop any branches Fidget. They’ve got a habit of that. I put a photo of one of eucs on the jigsaw site tonight.
I emailed The Garden magazine this morning as I've not received my March edition. Here is their ( very prompt ) reply. "Your March edition of The Garden is on its way. We had to put some extra time into the mailing of this issue as we move away from plastic wrapping, but all magazines will be with members in the next few days. Thank you for your patience! " I don't know if anyone else's copy is late, but if so, here's why.

Predictive text wanted that to be ‘wine exercise’ ... now what could that be?

Storm was not too bad, greenhouse door blown off, but that happens fairly regularly.
Going to sow some seeds today.
