  • Sorry to hear your floaters may be permanent. I have one, but it doesn't cause too much of a problem. I'm surprised I don't have more, given the times I've had eye injuries.
Yours may go, eventually. I pray that they will.
  • Either that or I will learn to tune them out @rowlandscastle444 , but that will have to wait until the other symptoms subside.🤞
Hope everyone gets to sleep tonight  😴
  • It's almost 11:45pm, and I am still awake. Trying NOT to worry about the new oven that needs to be delivered and installed. Also need to phone solicitors to deal with house move, the estate agents who are selling our house and being less than helpful, the agent of the place we are trying to buy, because of a messed up ID check, get the wife sorted with the dentist, and still find time to pick the apples!! All before lunch. Got cases to put in the loft, arrange hospital transport for a neurological appointment, pay the council tax, break up a wardrobe, and even eat, etc.

Oh yes, and not worry that the world might end.

Okay, maybe scrap the last one. 😳🤯
  • 🤔 if the last one happened it’d save you having to do all the other stuff 😉

it’s not that it might end that concerns me … it’s how …  🙄

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

One great big bang and we'd know nothing about it. Massive but orderly queues at the pearly gates - disorganised shambles at the gates of hell but ,unsurprisingly,  no queue-jumpers - very confused Buddhists and others expecting reincarnation  but nowhere to go.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Thanks @Dovefromabove
It was only as I was endeavouring to sleep, that I realised that. 🙄

Dimwit that I am sometimes!! 🥴

One big bang would be the easy way. I don't imagine it'll be anything like that. 🤯

  • Unfortunately it will be a slow limp into extinction I'm sure, but not to worry we will be long gone.🤷‍♀️

Well we can hope for the best but ordinary people powerless to prepare for the worst. History from the year dot to present day conflicts and disasters will tell us that.
I think I need more sleep. That's the only way to make things seem better in the morning.
