Been awake a couple of hours now 😐
    In London. Keen but lazy.
  • Being awake since 3:15, and went through my pictures taken in 2020. I intend to revamp of the garden next year, and had done all the work since Friday. I wish it were already February so that I can start with sowing. I'll start working in 15 minutes. I'm not tired at all as this is the best time for me, but if you can afford it, go to bed and have a nap again.

    I my garden.

After retirement 7 years ago after 30 years night nursing,I was told it would take my body clock 10 years to re-set.  I have never slept 8 hours in my life. It doesn't appear to have done anything terrible to me.

Good to hear it @Nanny Beach. I used to get cross about it, now I have come to accept it, some nights are worse than others of course.
At least I don't have to go to work @Simone_in_Wiltshire. Hope you have a good day.

Flags out in the Uff household. Slept from about 11pm until 6am. Seven hours solid, I'll be flying around like a box of demented frogs today.

  • Was up and out by 7am on Saturday,  and spent the day busy, not home till 7pm. Then out all morning Sunday. So not had trouble sleeping for two nights as shattered. It's not something I can do on a regular basis just to get a good night's sleep!

Hope you are all asleep. Woke up at 3am and here I am beaten and bored. Yesterday though I slept over 6 hours in one go. An event really. But today we are back to what I know, worsened by offspring worries.
On a positive, the physiotherapy for my back seems to be working. This morning I have another session, he says he is going to try something new 🤞

  • Sorry you’ve not been able to sleep @coccinella … and offsprung worries tear at your heart as well as making your brain spiral into the slough of despond. 🤗

ive found that listening to a podcast of quiet conversation works to stop my brain inventing even more things to worry about. 🤗
