    I hope yours have recovered from their long journey. How far did they have to travel?

    Managed to get some sleep. Even had window open without getting bitten! Soaked myself in ASSS and had two slices of toast and marmite. One or both must've worked.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Thought for a minute you'd slathered yourself in marmite @B3.

    Thank heavens for the magic properties of an enormous mug of Yorkshire tea. I could do with an intravenous drip of it 😁.

    Less than 6 hours sleep,  didn't go to bed till 1am still trying to get bedroom to cool down.  Came down at 7:30 as cooler down here.  Not good.

    Didn't get to sleep till after 2am, but did get 5 hours in the end, bliss.
    The weather is supposed to break tomorrow,  so maybe cooler nights to come.

    not a chance @rowlandscastle444. Cherry on the cake I have a tooth abscess now NOT painful but I want to strangle my dentist. Left a message on her answer phone.
