Added a new Hosta to my growing collection - Autumn Frost. Its a bit further along than my others so was nice to see the splash of yellow on the leaves.

Bought a Thyme at OH's request and planted that in.

Also accidentally bought a rather nice looking Photinia 'pink crispy', so will see how that goes.

Searched 3 different garden centres for Crocosmia George Davison and found none 😒

    Sowed some Night Scented Stocks.

Glared at my lawn waiting for my newly sown white clover to grow through it.
Slowly building a wildlife garden, in a new build in East Yorkshire.
  • @Sheps thanks for explaining the buckets, I'll have to dig mine out and take a better look at it.  My garden shed is the complete opposite of your beautifully tidy greenhouse so I'm not even sure what pile of stuff it's under at this point. :D

Metacomet soil with hints of Woodbridge and Pillsbury
  • I sowed a load of flower seeds in starter modules. Veg., next. Spent a ridiculous amount of time looking for the remains of  last years tomato seeds, ended up ordering replacements on line, after I could remember the names of what I wanted!
Perfect weather. Sunny. Not too hot. Nice breeze. Blue sky. Lovely.
    More of the same please.

I wish my g/h looked like that, @Sheps. Mine is so full I can barely get in, and every window sill in the house is full as well.
How can you lie there and think of England

Likewise @punkdoc I can barely get a foot into my shed!
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

Transplanted seedlings into bigger pots and planted up strawberry plants.  Cut back last years growth from fuschia's and generally tidied up in the garden with some weeding as well. Assessed the damage and casualties caused by this years winter. I wish I hadn't equated that to how much those plants cost me last year :'(

Did more weeding in the back garden. Moved a couple of self-seeded perennials to a different bed. Ate chocolate!

A very tidy and clean greenhouse @Sheps, well done.

That’s is a thing of beauty @Latimer! One day I hope to have a greenhouse, but my poly house does a good job and that will be dusted off next weekend (it’s forecast quite windy this week so I’m holding out).

I haven’t done as much as I wanted to today - combo of achy back, family visits and gloomier weather than predicted.
My garden and I live in South Wales.
