  • That’s a good point @Yviestevie, hadn’t thought about that 🙄
Good idea @Liriodendron will do just that and I can do that in the greenhouse, out of the wind 😊

Does taking delivery of the clematis count? 😀
I’ve no idea what I’m doing.

@Latimer , must count , the same as my visit to a g/c this afternoon , they had compost buy one get one free limited to four so got some , also bought a Oregano for planting at allotment & some seeds
Now having a cuppa watching the snow come down again
  • Managed a 1/2hour of deadheading the cyclamen, and  winter violas.  The sun shone but it was still very cold.

That's very pretty @purplerallim. My OH came home the other day with an early Valentine's present for me - 2 120 litre bags of multi purpose compost  <3
I have been sorting through my seeds and ordered (yet another rose). My only trips into the garden have been to put out bird food and break the ice on the bird bath. Temperatures are supposed to rise next week 🤞so with luck l can get outside and potter a bit.

@AnniD safe to say if I bought Mrs Wilderbeast compost for valentine's Day I'd have to move into the dog house ..... In Australia

Bought some seed raising potting mix on special at the local supermarket (LeClerc, for @floralies  @Obelixx   @Busy-Lizzie).  Such a beautiful day,  it makes me want to start but it's still to early to sow vegetable seeds (indoors).  I'll weed some of the nettles for a purin.  Sigh!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

I'd marry you @Wilderbeast (but Mr AnniD might be a bit put out).
I'm still expecting flowers and chocolates as well though...
