We must have at least two pairs of wrens because I saw two little broods of babies flying about in the summer. They are the cutest little things  :)

I often see them when out walking round the doors @raisingirl. Flitting in and out the hedgerows. Cute as anything. Not sure if the one I see was the little baby from a couple of years ago  :)

@Hostafan1 you’ve got the starlings as well, I thought they’d all stopped off here.
Thousands of them, no tits of any size or colour back yet, but gold finches and wrens
and I expect the solitary wagtail anytime now,.   Haven’t seen any jays or woodpeckers.

The car passed its MOT with no problems. A bit of a relief since it's the only one with kid seats and I totally forgot that the MOT ran out today despite leaving myself reminders several weeks in advance :|  I used to be a lot more organised before having children...

We had wrens nesting in the polytunnel this year . I used to see Mum flapping about chirping and hear random chirping in reply, but never searched out the nest

I half tidied mine last week - does that count?
I've finished a new raised area for another clematis, and  my new present to myself arrived yesterday - an Acer. A late birthday/early C'mas  present. Well...why not eh?
