    One of our neighbours has just become a grandparent after her daughter and son in law struggled for years to have a child. She was in tears as she showed me a photo, lovely news on a beautiful sunny May day.

    The zantedeschia I planted two years ago has its first flower bud.

    My Pattys Plum poppy has just opened its first bloom and it's every bit as beautiful as I remembered from last year.  Doesn't compare though to a photo of 1st grandchild, that really is special @AnniD.

    My 8 month old grandson Gabriel has just been discharged from hospital after being taken in with breathing difficulties due to bronchialitis yesterday morning. So relieved. A great reason to be cheerful 😁
