OK --joking apart- what should I be hoarding?

    Where do you buy your beef HH? I only ever see British or Irish.

  • @B3 : Actually we have a very good local butcher who only uses fully traceable British meats from local farms, but a'lot of supermarket meat is from abroad but as its butchered and packed in UK can be sold as UK produced.

    That's not the same a bread reared in UK often a mistake made by a lot of people.

    My son was in the beef industry for a while, he said cattle were driven from Cornwall to Scotland, and as long as they kept it there for a few weeks it could come back and be sold as Scottish beef, we all like a bit of Scottish beef!
