Lamb was lovely thank you, some homemade mint for O H and rosemary and Apple jelly for me. A wee glass of my favourite el pino just set it off

B L because I have been stuck at home for long I have made 40lb of marmalade.
Heaven knows what I will do with it! Any takers? Isn’t it a lovely smell through the house?

chicky I am sure you could get one on EBay🤔

I’m very pleased with the amount of rain we’ve received. 38mm altogether in the last 24 hours. The dams that we can see from the house are overflowing. Don’t know about the back ones, but we aren’t driving out there to look.

We’re leaving shortly to drive to Canberra. Hubby’s appointment to see the specialist about the result of his MRI scan.  And, because his appointment is late in the day, we are staying overnight. We will meet the kids for dinner tonight. Home tomorrow. At least I don’t need to water the garden or worry about shrivelled veggies.

Morning all 😀. And a very happy birthday to Mr Wonky 🎉🎉🎉

Raining here too, but not enough to get rid of the white stuff yet - by tonight it will be a memory 😵

Time for a cuppa, and then tackle today’s commute (a trip down the stairs 😉)

    Hope Canberra goes well Pat
  • Awww Mr @WonkyWomble will be chuffed Chicky  :)

    Good morning all,
hope today goes the way you both want Pat 🤞
just been reading about the flooding in Townsville, it must just be awful for them. Did this not happen last year? I guess the trappers and hunters will be busy.

the snow all gone and there is a bit of a breeze

Floods on TV just now.  Looks dramatic and more to come.  Meanwhile the UK has had snow rollers phenomena which only happen in "perfect" conditions.   Strange weather.

Possum has left to go to Nantes for her flight home.  Won't see her till Easter so today's cake or biscuits for patchwork will have to be chocolate.

Have a safe trip to work Chicky and everyone else going out in tricky weather.   Hope your trip to Canberra goes well Pat.
