Back home now .... Bastille were amazing, great walk on the snowy south downs today ( with cake 🍰) .... home to a snowy wasteland.  Got my car stuck on our driveway .....tomorrow’s job is to dig it out 🙄

Evening all. Just popping in as still on Aunty-duty - little neice cwtched-up on sofa with her uncle and watching Mary Poppins! Hope she falls asleep...
    Cosy night to you all.

We’ve got a new transformer on our power pole!  The power went off again last night.

  • Good morning all  :). Brrrrr!  Jolly chilly out there ... it snowed and thawed yesterday evening ... and now there’s the gleam of black ice over everything.
Good luck with the shovelling @chicky ... hope everyone is ok and that @Pat Es power problems are sorted out now.

    Morning all.
A full night in bed last night for the first time in weeks. Not asleep all night, but not awake enough to get up.
Coal face duties today and I reckon it's going to be busy. All of Friday's deliveries were cancelled, so I think to day might have filled up as a consequence.

Morning Dove and Hosta. Hope you have a bit better weather today. We’ve just had another thunder storm pass over. Our dams are full I think.

Yes, Hosta. I’ve measured the gauge - 25 mm in about half a hour (including hailstones).

Morning, snow started. Didn’t think we would get away with it!

    Morning all, afternoon Pat,
Bright sunshine here but minus four. No snow, had plenty of rain tho!
Had little get together for OH significant birthday Friday night, day of relaxing yesterday before actual birthday tomorrow.
Bird feeders need topping up but another coffee first I think!
Hello Obellixx, I often thought the same about vegan food, it's so processed...if it's not done by you its is done in a factory, wrapped in plastic and cardboard and flown everywhere, not sure it's any better for the environment in the long run!

Bad luck re the sink Dove! I'm forever getting my purple dressing gowns sleeve caught on door handles as I go past and then catapulting myself backwards!

Glad Moria is recovering well pdoc 😊
Hello to everybody, hope you all have a lovely Sunday 😊
