    Hi all.
Snow has just started here and we are expecting a fair bit. We sit just under the top of the moors and so often get the worst of it.

I wouldn’t like zero either Fairy. Fussy, arent I?

Hubby is watching great British Bake-off and they are supposed to make Blacmonge. Yes I know, I can’t spell it, but I’m expect you all know what I mean. Talk about chatter between them all.
Im playing jigsaws because I can’t stand the show.

I always called it 'blank mange' Pat. Easier to remember the spelling too, by replacing the k with c . Vile sort of stuff whichever way you do it! :D
I can honestly say the snow doesn't bother me. We've had very little this winter though - usually five or six falls by this time.
Hope it doesn't cause you any probs though,  doc. How is Moira today?

I must say, that watching Paul and the new woman wobbling them and tasting them is enough to turn me off. 😬 yuk

    Hiya lady of leisure.
She is still feeling very knocked about, she got up for a few hours last night, but is staying bed bound today.
To be honest with the weather, I think bed is the best place to be.
I, however, am about to sow some banana seeds which I have scarified and have been soaking for 4 days.

Getting used to it yet @Fairygirl;)

OH is still at home as he’s working 2 - 7 stocktaking ... supper tonight will be bacon & yellow split pea soup with homemade bread ... soup’s already on the job and smelling gorgeous 😋

I agree ... Moira is best off in bed ... warmest place by far  :)

    Almost.....
The best part so far is being able to hear Popmaster without loud machines drowning it out  ;)
    I'm easily pleased  :D
Soup sounds tasty Dove. I made ham and lentil soup yesterday, with a few extra veggie bits that were lying around. Can't beat home made soup. Nice simple pasta dish for dinner last night, with tomatoes, onions and squash, with a little chilli added to warm us up. Something chicken-y tonight. Haven't decided yet.
I'd agree doc - bed is probably the best place for her today  :)
Do the seeds come on quite quickly doc?

Been watching the young thrush out in the garden for a while. She [sure it's a girl] was seeing off that shirty female blackie, haivng some grub, and generally finding her way about. Really pretty, and got a few photos through my dirty windows.

Germination time is quoted as, up to 1 year.
I will not be providing the necessary heat for that long, but thought I would give them a try.
