Hmm. so that's a pretty even vote. I wonder if I have enough eggs for 3 cakes ....  :naughty:

Thanks Dove and Chicky. And guess what, it’s cool instead of sweltering.

Gorgeous colours Pat.   Do the fire people put up suggested prices/donations for the food?  Outrageous to get freeloaders like that.  Maybe a sign saying "Bacon butty Xdollars.  Freeloaders just cheap."

Good for Moira Pdoc.   Sleep, as you know, is great medicine.

We have had a wild, wet and woolly night.  It's been blowing a hoolie since sunset and is still at it tho dry now with sun peeking thru here and there.   Hope it calms down for later.  Rasta doggy doesn't like the wind up her tail.

Shame about your meal BL.   Must admit I no longer eat Italian outside of Italy unless I cook it.   The Belgian and French versions are just wrong.  Indian and Chinese even worse tho.   Carluccio's is my coffee refuge on the few occasions we go to Worcester to see family.  Hope it doesn't close!   Still, far easier if they come to us as we can accommodate them all whereas we have to hire a cottage there but then we can take the dogs and walk the Malverns so win some lose some.

Enjoy your excursion Chicky.   Something maybe OH and I should have done when we lived in Harrow but he had rugby every weekend and I had the garden....   Much better at exploring now.

RG - 3 cakes?  Good idea.  Friends round for tea?   I might just make a lemon drizzle for patchwork tomorrow.

    Afternoon all 😊
I'm a citrus fan RG so I'm happy to help eat two of the cakes 😉😁
Sausage, bean, roasted peppers, smoked paprika thing in the oven to go with cous cous later, chicken and leek pie filling in the slow cooker, chicken stock on the joh for soup, chicken sandwich filling made for work... Now having a cuppa...
Did the bird feeders and bulb inspecting, little wedding and cut back a couple of shrubs, got a loaf of washing out now going to collapse and let it all do it's own thing!
Glad it's cooler for you Pat!!! I'm saving up my cold weather to send to you!
Hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday 😊

We've been to lunch with friends. Had a good time, yummy Pavlova.

Chicky, we are back to France on Tuesday.

    Dove, Bella Italia.

Looking forward to tonight's TV. Before that I must finish the landing curtains.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
