Typical male!  Incomplete shopping data - especially when he's talking about HRT on a gardening forum.

    Good shopping @Hostafan1.
Sadly they have finished, but I did enjoy taking them out some coffees at lunch time and standing on the drive with them, when NDN wandered up the drive to see when they would be finished.
One of the tree surgeons did say to me, that he was very glad NDN was not his neighbour, and that he thought a good slap was called for.

Talk about occupying the moral high ground @punkdoc ... you’ve only gone and stuck a flag bearing your coat of arms right on it!  Superb!  B);)

That must have felt great doc - well done!  ;)
Good to 'see' you Liri. Nice pic. What hills do you see there from the house?
We had some sun today too after the frosty/icy start, but it'll be a while before there's any real warmth in it.
Where will you put the plants you got Hosta?
Very quiet day at work, especially this afternoon. I still can't get my head round the fact that I only have a couple of days to go.
Nice wee chicken-y casserole in t'oven. Nice comfort food for this weather.

With all the others waiting to go in?  Your new border will be fantastic.

Evening everyone. Just bracing myself for another high 30s day.

I have an afternoon roster this afternoon at the gallery. I haven’t decided whether to have the door open or closed. I’ll see how I feel. Maybe close the door and put the “Open” sign on it. 😏

Chicky, I’m glad that your chicklet isn’t in Adelaide at the moment. 42 predicted. A health heat warning has been issued for residents for them over there

     Punkdoc    👏 well done!

Fairy, we’re all counting down with you. I hope you settle happily into your new situation.

Liri, lovely photo. I do like living in mountain country, and your photo reinforces why.

Hosta, have fun planning your planting layout. I’m surprised that they are all cold hardy enough for your area. Good though, and I’m aware that you are an experienced gardener and know not to buy frost sensitive plants. Love them all.
