Morning Dove. The moon here last night was a bit strange. There was a blue arc on the lower right side. (Sickle shaped).

We had a pink sunrise here this morning. I have notified the local shepherds. Don't know any sailors. It was dark and drizzly yesterday but looks a bit better today. Still fairly mild.
Went to a 1st Birthday Party yesterday and managed not to eat cake  o:)

It's a beautiful morning here ... bright sunshine and the frosted grass crunching under my shoes when I went out to top up the bird feeders and de-ice the birdbath and the edge of the pond. The purple sprouting broccoli plants look amazing covered with frost.

Mix of sunny bits and heavy looking cloudy bits with sliver linings.   Set to clear up overnight and get below freezing so maybe we'll get to see the eclipse after all.

Glad that you are cooler Pat.  Much more comfortable for you.

Good day all. Very grey and drizzly here so not very inspiring. Just arranging my list of jobs for the tree surgeon to do this Winter.
One task for this rainy afternoon is to write some quiz questions for my Dad who does quizzes for friends and family. I try to give him a few gardening-related ones! Last time I did some ‘Only Connect’ style ones so I’ll get my thinking cap on...
Hope all are well and enjoying Sunday so far.

Hope you’ve all enjoyed your Sunday😀

We woke up to sunshine so headed down to Bournemouth for a walk by the sea to ring the changes.  Went a bit further than we planned and finished the last couple of miles in the moonlight.  But it was worth it 😀😀😀

No tea needed (fish finger sandwich earlier sorted me out for the day 😜) so now in front of a roaring fire with a good book, trying to ignore the fact that tomorrow’s Monday 😉
