For a moment there, Obelixx, I thought you wrote that you were planning body painting 😳 then re-read it.

Interesting about the Eurobodalla training, Chicky.

Also, who was it that saw a show on caves? Can’t remember. “Our Regina” is a cave guide not too far from us, so she was probably pushing her face forward, if I know how she is!

Well, we got back this afternoon from our Canberra trip, only to find that there has been a huge storm here and we had no power. Not a good prospect as it’s 39c out there. Hubby contacted the supplier and they sent a bloke out to fix it. The two thingies that hang off the power pole in our front yard had been dislocated. He used a very long, extended thing to click them back into place. So I’ve boiled the jug, filled two thermoses in preparation for the expected storm tonight, and turned the air con on to get the living room to a reasonable temperature. Yesterday, in Canberra, it was stinking hot at 41c and we were very glad that our daughter drove us around.

Not happy about Hubby’s medical diagnosis, and further tests planned for a couple of weeks time, but I’m not ready to tell you about his problems yet. (Men’s problems). So, at least two more trips to Canberra for MRI etc. 🤬

    Good morning @chicky :) and hugs for @Pat E  :)

Feels chilly here too ... t’intetnet says it’s 3C and frosty here ... looking out of the window it’s dark and pouring with rain.

Thanks ladies. The thunder is rumbling at the moment, so power might go again.

    Morning all.
Fingers crossed for Hubby @Pat E
Mine has finally decided to take "immodium" as directed and not have any alcohol and has managed a whole night of uninterrupted sleep.
We had planned to walk to supermarket but it's a 90 min round trip so we've decided to chill today ( 31C )by the pool and go tomorrow.

morning folks, well just spent 4-6 weeks driving Hubby to Ds,Hospital, clinic, now seems to be me! Has anyone out there had (or has) a accustic neoroma.  When you go to the GP with tinitus, you dont expect you to be told it might be a brain tumour, do you!

Sorry to hear that Nanny B. Hope it’s not that.

Nanny I have just been through enough with my ears to have heard it all!
if that suggestion was made then I hope you got an immediate referral.  However there are so many things it could be.
