Good morning all  :) Gday Pat  :). Glad the posting is sorted out.

I thought cane toads were nocturnal ?  Is this a cunning plan by Aussie youngsters to have an excuse for roaming the countryside after dark?  ;)

    Hi all.
Due in court today, over last major altercation with neighbour.
    Wish me luck.

    Morning everyone,

Pat glad you reconnected! We were told many years ago that the FNQ youngsters were taught ti drive at night using sugar toads.  I think this was in the days when the sugar fields  were set alight at night!

Chicky have a great day,I miss these  days dreadfully. Are you looking for anything in particular or just browsing?

Dove is your boiler fixed?  My sister was telling me she has to get a new one, the flat is only 10 years old! At the risk if tempting fate I won’t say his old ours is but it’s going great.  It’s the actual radiators we need to see to.

Hosta, I have never understood the need to claim sunbeds by rising at dawn to place a towel. Latest pool management I saw was that if you weren’t seen on a claimed bed within half an hour all  towels would be removed.  Seemed fairer

says it’s 6 outside but we both felt chilly today

I like to have my sunbed as far away from the majority of other users to I'm not subjected to their chatter, phone calls, children or cigarette smoke.
There are more sunbeds than are ever occupied, so nobody is deprived one by my "booking" ours.

Oh @punkdoc :o:'(. sorry it’s come to this ... hope the situation can be resolved satisfactorily
     ((hugs)) and that things improve.

@Lily Pilly  Boiler was sorted the next day (British Gas Service/maintenance contract) ... a new control box was fitted and all is well  :)

Towels on the sunbeds , so that's me set up for the day.
I didn't realise people actually did that in real life - thought it was just the stuff of comedy shows! But then, I'm not a sunbed-holiday sort of person so I've just never seen it.

Morning all. Plan for today: make a better fitting sausage for the front door ;). The existing one is a few inches short and every year when it's chilly I think I should make another and never get round to it. Don't think I've got nearly enough old tights to stuff it though...

Hope you have a lovely day with yoir brood, Chicky. And very best of luck, punkdoc. Doesn't sound like much fun - who is taking who to court?
