    I turned on the TV earlier to watch the news.  The subject of migrants trying to cross the channel was the major topic, as usual.  The reporter, Ashna Hurinag (I think), whom I have never seen before, was questioning whether "those UNexperienced skippers" could do what Patel wants.

    We have members of the government who speak of anlysiSES and news reporters like Ashna.  What next?

    Unless, of course, the English language has changed and nobody's told me!

    Th use of correct grammar is an elitist affectation and certainly not within the remit of a publicly funded broadcaster.
