Heavy pots have been delegated thanks Wonky. Under Gardener has them all sorted and bubble wrapped. Think we’re a family whose innards react to ‘situations’ ... thing is we’re also a family that has situations from time to time aren’t we. Just as well you and I are the calm ones ... shame calmness isn’t more catching ... we must keep trying to spread it around
Great photos Hosta. I was expecting to see you porpoising through the waves.😁 yes Wonky. Hubby is to go to town to collect the fire truck tomorrow. Hope the idiots have got it right this time. im heading bed with my very good book . Author is ... need to check the spelling. Back soon.
Glad the tyres are getting sorted Pat! I've decided to listen to audio books during my lunch instead of the news, murder mystery has to be more cheerful than the news!! Well done Dove, delegation is key! Your right, we are the calm ones in our family, I do notice stream coming from my ears when surrounded by the male branch tho!! Xxx
Great photos Hosta. We had views like that at the end of walkies on the beach on Sunday but only 10C by sunset. Actual spray on the waves for once.
Busy - glad you've had no probs. I do sympathise with the concerns of the gilets jaunes but not the manner of expression I met with on Saturday. Drunkenness and intimidation bring out the stubborn in me.
Have just had a very late lunch after pottering in teh kitchen all morning in between trying to do back ups. Off outside now for some fresh air.

Another full day. Had an appointment with son the Dentist at lunch time. His surgery is an hour away and I left in good time because of the road blocking yellow vests, but then decided to take the motorway, a bit longer, so there weren't any blockages. I was too early and Daniel was late, glad I'd brought my book. I've had a crown prep, but the nerve and root are OK so no root filling. Another appointment next week.
Then did some grocery shopping before driving to friend who was having a craft afternoon, making Christmas wreaths. Got stuck at 2 roundabouts by yellow vest protesters. Arrived at friend's an hour late only to find that the craft afternoon had been cancelled as either people were ill or they had been blocked by yellow vests. So friend gave me some delicious chicken soup as I hadn't had time to eat and then we had a chat and a cup of tea.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Evening everyone, it’s good to read about everyone’s day. Mine is quite boring in comparison as I’ve been at work in the office all day. I’m hoping that we soon will having our staffing sorted and by spring I might manage a day / half day off each week (to spend in the garden!). I don’t mind being at work. Today though as it is sooooo cold, cam home and only 16c in the kitchen and the heating had been on half an hour!!
Anyway, 6.35pm means it’s pyjama o’clock and Corrie catch up before Jungle comes on
Ziggy we live pics! If you have garden ones you particularly want to share we have a garden gallery thread which reminds me I must do a short thread of the “adventure”!

Thé forum is moderated by the website team ... wwe were the special responsibility of NoraGW but she’s recently moved on to another job so at the moment it’s the Editor Daniel Haynes and the rest of the the office team. In the first instance you can send a PM to Daniel or tag him in a post with an @ in front of his name like this @ziggysearchfield ... or you can report a post by clicking on Flag and choosing Report from the drop down menu. Hope that helps ... if it’s just confused matters please say and we’ll try to explain better.
