Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
good morning everyone, looks quite promising out there
Busy you are well named, how do you manage it all? So glad all went well lovely news about baby, is this 12?
Chicky we both love being out of the morning rat race Hope the chaos is not too bad
Pat what an interesting period to hear about.
Hosta I truly don’t know how you do what you do. We don’t use a delivery service as it’s inky 20 mins to supermarket and I enjoy shopping, yes really! The only time we used the service the guy turned his van in the drive showering all the gravel over the grass. OH went mental!
Took the car out yesterday with OH beside me, I passed all the tests so I am free again! one. Only one more week of light duties!

Morning all. Glad the move went well, BL. As others have said - I don't know how you do it! Heading back to almost normal here - OH back to work, Trill returns to school on Wednesday and I've waved Bow off on her two week work experience. She's terrified, but she'll be fine. Your course sounds interesting, Pat. Homework too! Chicky, is the cycling a new fitness regime?

Good morning. Sunny again and promising to be lovely all day, in fact all week till Friday but I won't be here. Three curtains to finish stitching this am and than patchwork AGM this pm. Have decided to bold the legs to Possum's worktop so need to raid a DIY on the way home and then drill holes before packing everything up and coooking dinner. She wants duck breast for he "last supper" and she and OH will make profiteroles this pm. Their thing. Not mine. Don't much care for them.
Busy - glad all has gone well. Hope your garden is OK.
Dove - I never go anywhere without mascara and lippy except dog walking after a day of house or garden work.
Hosta - same here. Traffic should calm down especially at weekends. Like LP, I prefer to do my own shopping which is just as well as they only offer call and collect here. Big changes for all our mums and dads with kids going back to school or uni too.
FG - I hardly understood a word that woman said and was also fascinated by the big wig. Interesting garden tho. Did manage to note that.

I enjoy going to the supermarket, but then I'm not a working Mum. They don't deliver here but you can order online and go and pick up your order.
I hope Bow settles in and enjoys it.
I'm off to muck out the horses field shelter. Only have 2 oldies now. DeeDee is really looking old, he's possibly 28 but no one really knows, rescue horse.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Is that the garden on GW that Fairy didn't really care for with all the grasses and no veg in the veg plot? I didn't care for it either. But I'm pretty sure that Adam who grows unusual veg is the brother of an old school friend. Haven't seen him for about 40 years.
