If it's a male I hope it's been 'seen to' otherwise in my experience it too will stray.

In my social work appraisals there was a question every year ... Do you have any skills or qualifications not used in your current post?   I would draw their attention to my Certificate in Lambing and Castration ......... perhaps I should make my services available to Strictly .... on an 'as needed' basis  ;)

Somewhat underwhelmed by tonight's show.  I understand the producer's thinking, leaving Sean and Katya almost to the end to keep the viewing figures up, but if they had gone earlier and got it out of the way, it may have helped the dancers who came after them. It was like everyone was just waiting for them. And as for Kevin Clifton and that cake....

I'm not an afficionado, but do you think the judges were over-generous with Sean and Katya...?

Just in case people haven't seen it,  l won't say who went, but l think it was the right decision.  The contemporary etc. dance choices next week should be interesting.

I was wondering if/when the show might add something new.
I wonder if it will be more difficult to ‘mark’ the new style dances?

Yes, the right one went but it's a strong list this year with no real duffers and everyone improving except Kate S messing up her tricky samba.  Shame about that.   Not keen on the speed of that foxtrot from Kevin and Stacey but she danced it well.   Some very good performances really.

Can't tell you how many hours I have spent, over the years, being the responsible adult at Hip Hop and RnB classes so I hope someone chooses street next week.  Looking forward to the change and choices.

Did anyone watch last night ? Not too keen on AJ and Lauren's contemporary dance. I could see what they were trying to do, but it didn't quite work for me. Karen and Charles' Street dance on the other hand was full of energy and the band and singers really went for it. I haven't seen Karen Clifton look as joyful as that for a long time, and it was nice to see her get a hug from Kevin. I enjoyed Graham & Oti's tango (loved his expression), l like his attitude. A bit disappointed by Kate and Aliaz, and thought Tess's remark about Jo Sugg's bottom was very embarrassing . Stand in judge not as OTT as Bruno !
