Yes, but it does them good and stops them getting complacent when that happens.

Decided I am into my "it is only a show mode" a bit too deeply. I realised something was different but it did not really register until going over the show with my Daughter, then it hit me, the Audience were not screaming all through the singers spot. Were they told to keep quiet, has the constant requests from us the home watchers got through at last?
What ever it was although I am no fan of "Sir" Rod at least you could hear him.
As to the dance off I am now absolutely sure it is a fix and will do until the BBC show the voting figures.

Very interesting interview with Shirley Ballas on Radio 4's Front Row programme this evening. She didn't shy away from answering the questions !

Good evening , a really good Musical show , some really good performances
The one that got 4 x 10 was definately the best in my opinion   as well
Will be interesting who The GBP put in the dance off

Well, the voting is going to be interesting isn't it?  I don't particularly like Giovanni and why, given the number of goat farmers in the UK did they go to a sheep farm, but that dance was wonderful and Faye was excellent.   I wasn't keen on Stacey's choreography - can't bear Victor Hugo so have never seen Les Mis - but she did it very well.  Joe's salsa had the best armography I've seen in a long while for salsa on SCD.

Enjoyed Ashley's quickstep which was certainly busy but matched the music and loved Lauren's dance - the oik is being very sympathetic with her.   Charles was good at rumba but I thought it lacked some basic figures.   Hope he gets good voting figures.

Got to admit, l love Les Mis, seen it 3 times (!), but l thought Stacey was carried around by the backing dancers rather a lot. It will be very interesting to see who ends up in the dance off.

I think that one is just you.   I agree that they don't always look good, depending on what they are wearing.   But I've never seen either of them look like prostitutes.

Claudia's fashion choices can indeed be eccentric.  She spent a long time weraing sacks despite having a good figure.   Tess's figure si amzing but she does choose some odd shapes and colour combos.  Didn't like last night's frock but have never thought either looked "cheap".  I'm actually more concerned about their presentation skills and think they work well together.
