Have a lovely time, Pat. Hope Hosta's having fun... and more importantly that it gives some answers. I'm on a train. Heading towards Yvie's bit of the country, I think #waves.

Hope your visit goes well Pat and you are all on form and spring comes soon, with some rain.
Possum is, despite being up early to walk the dogs before it gets too hot cos OH has disappeared off to golf. I shall be on tomatoes again. Have had to re-organise a cupboard to hold all the passata. Chili jam next I think.
Cloudy here in parts but no wet stuff due and set to get to 32C. Perfick!

Afties all - evening Pat Enjoy the visit - I'm sure you will Overcast but mild here, about 16 or 17. Just wondering if the big black cloud is going to shift, or open. Hopefully not the second as I want to put washing out. Wonder if Hosta's finished being poked and prodded, and not in a good way.... Lovely to see you Bushman. Keep yer pecker up Is all well LP? Can't say I envy you that kind of procedure. Hope you're ok. Hoover died on us completely yesterday so have to go and get the new one. Or can I use it as an excuse not to vacuum.'thinking carefully' emoji.... Hedgehog poo on the side path today. I spent some time planting out the little border there yesterday, and making a nice little tunnel entrance for her and her chums, rather than a hastily arranged plonking of rocks and timber. Think I'll make a few more gaps in the fence near the front door as well. That will give access to other areas and save her going in and out at the pavement and round near the cars. I'm easily pleased
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Hello all ... I'm back home with some super shiny teeth It's jolly muggy in the city ... wonder how Hosta's getting on ... has he got his post procedure treat yet?

Right folks. It's all over and I'm home and I've had a snooze. Not sure if it's good news or bad news : " nothing unusual detected " . I was out by 9.30 as I was first on the list. Pretty unpleasant and , for me, pretty painful despite the " gas and air ". The staff were, as one would expect , lovely. Hubby drove home via Rosemoor but I'd have to say my heart wasn't in it ,but it's certainly lovely and lush now after a bit of rain.
Glad to see you back @Hostafan1 I think 'nothing unusual' is good ... these things are a process of elimination (excuse the pun) and if they can't find anything obviously out of order up there that's positive. They can then look at the next thing on the list ... how long now since your last 'episode'?

That's a long time. Does it coincide with cutting down the caffeine by any chance? Bit of a bummer (sorry) to go to all that trouble and find nothing so what's next?

I cut the caffeine down about 3 months ago, ish. There's absolutely no pattern to the "episodes" I can have 3 in a fortnight then almost a year with none. "What's next" not the foggiest notion.
