My cats were born in a barn too! They were found all snuggled in a horse blanket, then they lived in a chicken coop until they were all adopted. Mine are house cats as we have a busy road outside and other cats in the street weren’t coming home. I would love them to be out in the garden with me, but cats don’t know about boundary rules.

Hosta - that sounds sensible - bet you can’t wait!

Chicky - nice hat!! Reminds me of the Trolls film my neice loves!

@AuntyRach  for the past while my son has been living on a converted tug on the river ... Doorak (Russian for 'Fool') has loved sitting in the wheelhouse 'shouting' at the ducks and swans ... he's had a lovely life really.

Only just catching up on here, and I've forgotten most of it. Apologies to all.
Ooh - Mr C's hair is lovely chicky........ :D
Good luck next week Hosta - can't beat a good evacuation  ;)
Will try and catch your little snippet later LG. Glad all went well. Very exciting for her. Don't be doing too much agitating...in case you get agitated too  :)
Rain been back on here for a couple of hours, after a dry spell through the day. Slightly breezy earlier but it's to be windier tomorrow and Friday with more rain. Won't wear my kilt then...
Great for the plants. Everything looks so much happier.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Hi Everyone! Hope your all ok, sorry I’ve not written for a while, I’ve had to get a new phone as mine wasn’t receiving emails etc 😕. Three weeks to our 10th Anniversary holiday and we can’t wait 😁!

Hi everyone. Hi to you Flumpy. I wondered where you were.

Im not feeling too happy at the moment. As some of you might have seen on TV, there are bushfires all over NSW. Hubby has received a phone call saying they need night crews for the Bemboka Fire. He’s trying to get crews together.   Not much else I can say about it. I don’t much like being on my own through the night, let alone worrying about bl,,dy bushfires.

Good morning all 🙂 gday Pat 🙂 ... thinking of you both ... I know these things have to be done, but it must be tough waiting ... ((hugs))
beautiful bright low sunlight this morning ... a blue sky with some clouds but I think they’re burning off ... we have a day in the city today ... I’ve got a much needed haircut booked and there’s an exhibition we want to see ... I’ve also got a silver chain that needs repair and some odds and ends of shopping that need doing so a busy day ahead ...

Well the cricket was great fun - really good evening 😀

Sorry to read about your son’s four legged friend Dove - he will leave a big cat-shaped hole for a while 😞

Waiting for our promised rain to arrive - not got here yet, but looking threatening ☔️☔️☔️
