OH is recording it Pat.  Has golf on for ironing purposes.  We'll FF the boring bits of cycling later and check out the coastal scenery.  Only seen it from on the ground.

As soon as I've had my post lunch coffee I'm off out to play.  Lots to do and hoping t get some colour on my legs.  Taking ages!   32C at the mo so OK for light work altho the quarrying is in the shade so maybe I'll get on with that.

Survived the SM! They appeared to have a plentiful supply of burger buns at 10am - but doubt there will be any left by now. Just had a nice picnic on the grass with neice - strawberries, cherries and brioche rolls. We had great fun using the cherry stoner but my Sister will have to put some stain-remover in the next wash I’m afraid 🤭

Have a fab afternoon all - whether you watching sport, out in the garden or anything else. ⚽️🎾🚴🏻‍♂️

32 degrees is enough to keep me indoors, Obxx!

That said, the photos of our outing yesterday start at page 14 of the original thread, here.

Good to hear from you @WonkyWomble :). Hope you can get a bit of R&R. Glad to hear your OH is OK.

I haven't ventured outside yet, but I think I could see a waterlily flower from the window so I'm off to have a peep.

That is gorgeous.  Which one is it?

Didn't go out in the end.  Dozed off instead.   Tomorrow is another day and all that.

I'm afraid I have no idea. It's from my Dad's pond, he will have chosen it. My brother rescued a bit for me when we were selling the house - I didn't even know what colour it would be until it flowered! I had a vague memory that it was white or yellow but beyond that - no idea. It's probably too big for my little pond. We shall see.
