    GWRS that sounds interesting
Been busy in garden finally started seed sowing amazing  <3  - Tomatoes, celery celeriac, beetroot, cucamelon, lettuce,  flowers - marigolds, delphinium sky blue, free dahlias from GW mag and mesembryanthemum that is it my grow house has started to get something in, that is some done about another half to go -  I ran out of time to do

Picked up my commissioned bird house hanging table today from a shop down the road special purpose workshop shop - as I saw a bird table on a stand outside shop I really like the blue colour they had painted it  and how it was made, I don't have the time to make one myself as the hanging bird table I have lots the roof hanging bit will just use somewhere else in garden
just to get a big garden hanging basket bracket to put up really like it bit bigger than other feeder

Went to plot yesterday cover ground with weed matting so no extra weeds will grow till ready to plant thats one area
On Thursday last week in really bad rain and extremely cold with hail the container got removed from the station garden amazing to watch even though wet though coat and freezing cold

Good to hear you've started sowing, Gg, I don't know how you managed to restrain yourself until now... I usually start to early but was remarkably restrained this year and waited until weeds started to grow in the GH.

I need to make room now at home and in GH for more tender plants. I've sprouts, cabbage, turnip and swede, chard, leeks and radish, which have been moved into the plastic GH. They are currently growing at a rate of knots so I'm sure you sowings will catch up.

Chillies and pepper are growing painfully slowly.

There are drops in temp to 2, so don't know whether to take a chance and take more stuff to the GH on the plot or wait.

You guys have been very busy.

    I like the potting bench.

I'm going to the plot with the purpose of cleaning out the shed, a job which I keep putting off.

Thanks zoomer know what you mean about clearing out shed did same with gh a bit
Went to the tip 3x today lots of old pallets and rotted wood from bottom of garden, clearing garden, also popped to plot fed birds - not sure they like the aldi food does smell bit strange
Noticed a massive container in car park they could of said they were getting that, lucky not our car park but does take up about 3 spaces, thought it was ours from the community garden to start with as it has been removed  - lots to do in garden at minute

I was off work this afternoon and on impulse have bought a damson tree. I wanted some seeds trays so don't know how that happened as I didn't get any seed trays.

Went to the plot to pot up, to free up some seed trays so I can sow more seeds:) Cleaned the shed, thankfully didn't come across any signs of vermin.

Lots of veg seedlings at a local nursery for £1.25 per tray. I wasn't tempted as the GH and kitchen table is full of stuff. Nearly all the mini pop and sweetcorn seeds have germinated and alderman pea's have had good germination, this is a maincrop pea and grows to 5ft or more.

Cues and courgettes have germinated in the GH, three varieties of courgettes-a yellow one, dark green and one stripped. Ever so pleased, as it's got quite cold here during the night.

    Happy growing.

Gg. Started sweetcorn off on kitchen roll in a tub on radiator 02-Apr-2019. I prefer mini pop  as sweetcorn needs a long growing season and we don't always get it here in this part of Lancashire but the seeds came free with a magazine.
