GWRS that looks brilliant, nice place to sit - I used the same stuff brought last year for a screen for garden drive way good as windy area did well blocking out the draft as well
    Have a nice easter all
Went to the tip 4 times today with lots of pampus grass and some of it very heavy - lots of scratches on arms most cleared only a few bits left in garden
Got to have a really good bonfire in garden cleared lots of wood also sowed my sweetpea seeds at last - loads done hope I am not too late to have them grow well

The artichokes haven't come up yet hope I didn't bury them to deep.

Been away for Easter, got back about 5 and went to the plot to water. Lost some seedlings in the GH. I can imagine it has got really hot in there over the past few days and I've been away since Friday.

Hopefully some stuff has been revived through watering.

We could do with some rain, hope it's during the night though:)

I'm in a dilemma, whether to take sweetcorn and mini pop seedlings down to the plot to make room at home to sow beans. I've dwarf ones, and tall varieties. 4 different one's in all.  The temp during the night drops to 6 or 7, do you guys think sweetcorn/mini pop will survive those temps in an unheated GH.

Zoomer , never grown sweet corn from seed , why not put a question on forum if you can’t find the answer
Personally I would have thought it would be ok but don’t really known

My celery seeds have started popping up in tray still no celeriac and my sweetcorn in tray with kitchen roll have germinated not all seeds - will have to plant up in little pots, took water butt down community garden so hope to collect water tomorrow

Zoomer my sweetcorn will only be in a non heated plastic greenhouse sure will be fine and your area colder that in the south for the artichokes sure they will show soon
    Off to strim the grass

Took a chance with the sweetcorn and took a tray down to the plot. The night temp seems to be levelling off at 6 to 7.

That's given a little more room at home, so potted up beans and Okra yesterday. Bought some leeks and nasturums from GC today.
