    Very hot here, the beach car parks are overflowing and the sea is glorious (so I have been told).  A nice little breeze, but it is too hot to sit in the sun for me.

    Boiling today - running low on suncream although I often seek shade rather than plaster myself in the cream which seems to make you feel hotter, plus gardening ‘bits’ stick to it! 
    My garden and I live in South Wales.

    46C on the front doorstep just now.   Got to 38C in the shade yesterday and it's hotter today.   Staying indoors in the shade.   However, Possum has just started watching the wrong version of Pride and Prejudice on TV so I'm off out to check my treasures are coping OK.   Lots of watering needed every day but glorious tomato harvest.

    Warm with less cloud as the day has progressed. Trying to make the most of it as rain forecast all weekend (what will we all do?!).
